About Me
Hey, I’m Nichelle — founder and coach of ARC MVMT.
I live in beautiful North Idaho with my husband and our three kids, ages 21, 10, and 5. Life here is busy, a little messy, and always full of adventure. In the winter we snowboard, in the summer we wake surf, and in between we hike, bike, and explore every chance we get. Movement has become part of our family’s rhythm, and I have fitness to thank for that.
But it wasn’t always this way. When my oldest was two, I was overweight, unhealthy, and far from confident. Even carrying a load of laundry up the stairs left me out of breath. One day I decided to start small: a walk, a few minutes of movement, anything to begin. That small step led to a love for fitness, a personal training certification, a nutrition certification, and eventually, a deep passion for helping other women find their strength again.
Along the way, I discovered something important: you don’t need a full gym or endless hours to feel strong and confident. You just need the right plan, accountability, and a simple approach that fits your real life. My mission is to make fitness accessible and realistic for women who want to feel good in their bodies again — without overcomplicating it.
That’s why I created ARC MVMT — a community built on Accountability, Results, and Community/Confidence. These three pillars transformed my own journey and now guide everything I teach.
I know what it’s like when life doesn’t go as planned. Some days the workout gets skipped, and that’s okay. What matters is showing up again, with grace. Fitness has changed my life physically, mentally, and emotionally, and I’m here to help you experience that same transformation and build confidence — one workout, one step, one win at a time.
